The life as an eight grader is HARD! There’s ups and downs and loop-de-loops- kinda like a roller-coaster. But, when you’re down in the dumps, you always have to find a way to be happy. When I’m having a crappy day, I dump all of the stress I’m feeling down on a piece of paper and never look at it again. It really helps letting it out. Another method that works extremely well is a “Be Happy Jar” it’s a jar that you fill with happy things. (eg. “I got an A on my test”, “I got a new phone.” etc.) So, whenever you’re feeling down you go to your happy jar and pick a card. I hope this helped! Just remember to be happy.
