Daily Dose of Happiness

Hi all! Many teens (Including myself) have nothing to do with your time. So, instead of exercising, or doing something useful, we watch Netflix and eat junk food all day long. If you’re not an active person, try replacing your Netflix time with reading time. Find a book you’re into, and cuddle up in a corner and get teleported into the imaginative world of creativity. You’ll notice that you find yourself more energized and happy. I noticed, after I cut down my Netflix time and replaced it with reading and writing, I found myself less tired and more happy. Cutting down on technology is sometimes the key to happiness.
