It’s finally the weekend! Breathe in. Breath out. Whenever I get stressed, I’m told “Breathe.” Okay? Breathe. I CAN’T focus on my breathing when I’m stressed- nothing is a solution. What do people mean when they say “Breathe?” What I’ve learned, is that it’s not the actual breathing part that helps- it’s the distracting of your mind. It’s hard! Breathing is hard. (weird to think) It helps, it actually does. Try it! The next time you’re stressed about something- breathe. If that doesn’t work for you, another thing that helps is singing about your problems. I know it sounds silly, but it works. (ex. “I’m having a really crappy day. I failed a science test. My head hurts. I have so much homework.”) And of course, sing to a catchy tune!
