Daily Dose of Happiness

My goal in life is to live  happy and healthy- but mostly happy! It’s hard to do that with all of the stress in our everyday lives. Such as: tests, friends, grades, etc. When I get these thoughts, I call them “Weed” thoughts. These thoughts are weeds that grow in the garden of the mind- blocking the sunlight from reaching the flowers below. These flowers, are the happy thoughts you have. Such as: family, holidays, thankfulness, etc. These are the seeds you WANT to plant- not the weed thoughts. The hard part is, once you drop a tiny seed of fear, it grows so fast and turns imagination into reality. Right when you notice the seedling growing, cut off all sunlight and transfer all of the thought into the flowers.
