Think. Have you laughed today? Probably. Whether it’s about a joke your best friend told, or a funny thing your teacher said- it’s good to laugh! Laughing IS contagious. SO, if somebody you know is having a bad day, tell a joke, if they don’t laugh, then you laugh! ((Remember, laughter is contagious) It’s scientifically proven.)) When you’re feeling down in the dumps and your emotion meter has hit blue, look up funny videos, laughter is a natural “De-stresser.” It releases hormones that make you happy. Now that you’ve heard a bunch of reasons to laugh, LAUGH! (I know I will!)

Make the spontaneous sounds and movements of the face and body that are the instinctive expressions of lively amusement and sometimes also of contempt or derision.
