Is stress taking control of your life? If so, try this trick that will [most likely] solve your problems. Although this trick has NOT been scientifically proven, or tested by scientists at all, I’ve tried it, and it worked. If your life is busy as busy can be, pick one day (preferably during the weekend) and designate a portion of that day to de-stressing. Take a nice long bath, binge watch a TV show while cuddled up on the couch, or something simple like staying in your pajamas for the whole day. By just assigning one day for this, you will find yourself looking forward to that day for the whole week! And, if you’re really adventurous, try doing different things each time. Do crafts one week, draw the next!
