Daily Dose of Happiness

I know, I know- it’s a little bit late to reflect on the fact that it’s already 2016. Think about it, a new year has begun. This new year will be full of happiness, laughter, and joy. But, it’ll also be filled with anxiety, tears, and sadness. As much as we don’t want those negative feelings, they are inevitable. The only way around them is to find ways for you to cope with them. Also, cherish the days that you have the positive feelings!
